• You will not share or upload Personal Health Information (PHI), client data, or confidential identifiers.
• You are using the tools for professional reflection and growth purposes only.

⚖️ Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Submit client information, treatment plans, or personal health data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify proprietary content or code.
• Reproduce, white-label, or derive AI tools based on The Yrenka Method™ ecosystem.
• Use the platform to harass, exploit, or misrepresent others.
• Circumvent security, ethical, or consent measures.

Violation of these terms may result in account restriction or permanent access removal.

🧠 Intellectual Property

All text, images, visuals, PDFs, and AI-based coaching systems within The Yrenka Method™ Ecosystem are protected intellectual property of Yrenka Lolli-Sunderlin™ and her affiliates.

No materials may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or republished without written consent. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the exclusive property of The Yrenka Method™ Ecosystem™.

The Yrenka Method™ Ecosystem and its sub-brands are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, emotional results, or professional improvements.

🩺 Not Therapy or Clinical Supervision

The Yrenka Method™, The Corporate Gauntlet™, and The ABA Gauntlet™ Copilot do not provide therapy, clinical supervision, or medical treatment.

All materials are for professional education and wellness, not therapy or clinical supervision.

If you need mental health or crisis support, contact a licensed provider, your supervisor, or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. These tools are for educational and professional reflection purposes only.

💰 Payments & No Refund Policy

If you subscribe to or purchase any paid tier, product, or digital tool within The Yrenka Method™ Ecosystem, the following terms apply:

• All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial use, unused prompts, early cancellations, or promotional offers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• By purchasing or subscribing, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Any exceptions (e.g., billing errors) must be requested in writing to [email protected] within 7 business days of purchase.

This policy ensures consistent service delivery and prevents misuse of digital tools and subscription access.

🌍 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Ada County, Idaho.
